The utmost care is taken to ship products in good condition.
However, we are aware that you may sometimes wish to exchange goods so we do accept the return of unopened goods under the the following conditions:
Please contact us within two weeks of delivery if you wish to return goods for exchange.
Refunds are subject to supply conditions.
The postage for the returned item is paid by the purchaser.
In the case of damaged, or incorrectly supplied, goods please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.

We are predominately a wholesale business, so although we are usually working behind the scene in the warehouse filling orders, or in the office, our “Open to the Public” business hours are a little unusual.
The showroom is open to visitors on a Wednesday, between 10am – 4pm.
We are also open on other week days “by chance”, or by appointment.
This means that if some one is working in the showroom the open sign will be out for casual by-passers, and there is usually someone in the showroom everyday.
However if you are travelling especially to see us, we advise that you telephone, (or email), ahead to make sure that this is the case for the day you wish to visit.
We are closed on Saturday & Sunday
However the Online Store is always open, so orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and processed during our business hours.
